Selling something online

I'd like to sell a small book thats been  in the process for some time, however, i don't really know how to set up a site to (successfully) sell.  I suppose i can set up the site itself, but how difficult is it to set up something like paypal for checkout?  Anyone ever done something like this?

So many people use paypal that I couldn't imagine it being too difficult-- but I am basing that off of no real experience.  Good luck w/ the publication though and let us (me) know when it is ready
